This location index is printed on paper by subscription and lists all sales for consideration in each town in New Hampshire alphabetically by street or development. Monthly, quarterly updates and one-time index are available.
Using this index, you can quickly find information about sales which have taken place in any particular area. The location index is the traditional "first source" for finding comparable sales. All sales above minimum consideration are listed so you can use the index to find all possible comparable sales. You can then work back from there, using other sources of information to eliminate the ones you decide are not good comparables. Over the years, this approach has proven to be the fastest way, using hard copy information, to make a complete search for comparable sales. Our customers like these printed indexes because they can carry them on the road. Many of our customers use both Teledex and the printed indexes for this reason.
