Vermont Location Index - Each month we publish an index containing the most recent real estate transfer records from The State of Vermont Department of Taxes. The Location Index is available for all of Vermont by county and lists all sales within each county and town alphabetically by street. At the end of each quarter, the monthly reports are recompiled into a quarterly report that includes all sales for the past 18 months. Vermont Special Sales - This series is an essential tool for appraisers or anyone actively dealing in large or commercial Vermont real properties. This is a bound booklet published at the end of each calendar quarter and includes a subset of Vermont sales for categories including Commercial, Agricultural, Land and Apartment Building properties. Each category has two parts; a detailed list of sales within that category by location and a set of cross-indexes to each category.
