Real Data Corp publishes summaries of New Hampshire and Vermont real estate sales and other public records. Our publications include newspaper, online and hard-copy formats. We have been serving New Hampshire since 1977 and Vermont since 1987. We rely exclusively on our own original public record research, processing and editing. We go to the original public source and we don't purchase or recycle anyone else's data. Our publications are widely recognized as the gold standard for these two states. If you're interested in real estate prices and other market information for New Hampshire or Vermont, you've come to the right place!
New Hampshire Publications
Our flagship publication is The Registry Review, New Hampshire's popular and trusted weekly newspaper of public records. All New Hampshire sales back to 1977 are searchable on-line. We also publish a schedule of all up-coming New Hampshire foreclosure auctions. The auction schedule is available both on-line with daily updates and weekly in The Registry Review. Real Data has been collecting New Hampshire parcel data for many years and we now have records for over 93% of New Hampshire parcels. We also publish mortgage market analysis, "new mover" marketing leads and more. Click the New Hampshire Publications link at the left for more information and/or to become a subscriber.
All of our Vermont publications are now exclusively on-line using our Columine Web Publisher and our eZScribe Shopping Cart. These publications include the Weekly Vermont Register, a fully customizable "newspaper replacement" email that allows you to view or print all new sales for the week. We also offer a menu-driven, fully searchable sales archive starting with 2007 sales and a special non-residential sales archive with menus and searches tailored to commercial and other hard-to-find sales. Statewide Vermont Grand Lists from 2007 on with matched sales are included free with all subscriptions. In early 2011 we began collecting Vermont parcel data and will begin providing access to this growing database in the near furture. Over 30 years ago, Real Data started providing sales data to the New Hampshire Department of Revenue for its statewide property tax equalization program. Since then, Real Data's role has expanded to include the provision of software and many support services. The public benefits from this arrangement by getting high quality equalization results at a fraction of what taxpayers would otherwise pay. Real Data's private sector customers benefit from our equalization work through the addition of data elements that would not otherwise be available and the very thorough vetting of our data that takes place during this process.
