Notice to Users
This section provides access to the schedule of upcoming foreclosure auctions. RDC creates and continually updates this schedule based on notices published in “newspapers that circulate in the county where the property is located”. New Hampshire law requires that notices be published for three successive weeks.
RDC publishes this schedule as information only and all information published in this schedule should be verified before any action is taken in reliance upon it. By publishing this schedule and any information contained within it, RDC does not represent or join in any representation that a default has occurred. Such representation, if any, is and remains the sole province of the person or entity publishing the actual notice. Refer to the contact(s) listed in the actual legal notice to determine the current status of any foreclosure. The contact can usually provide you with a copy of the notice if you do not have the newspaper.
Any default may have been, or may be, cured at any time!
Auctions may be changed, postponed or canceled at any time up to and including at the auction itself. Check with the contact before you leave for the auction.
Caution
Anyone who contemplates contacting the property owners listed in this auction section should become fully aware beforehand of the provisions and implications of NH RSA 479-B Foreclosure Consultants and Pre-Foreclosure Conveyances. This legislation became effective July 17,2007 and established the regulation of foreclosure consultants and pre-foreclosure conveyancing. Criminal and civil penalties apply for violations. This paragraph is to be construed as a helpful caution to users – not legal advice.

Notice to Users
This section presents sales where (according to RDC’s estimate) the buyer is likely to have purchased the property at the foreclosure with the intent to hold it – not to re-sell it. RDC’s purpose in presenting this information is to allow users to compare the financial outcomes of purchasing property at foreclosure auctions with the financial results of taking other approaches. Such other approaches include purchasing directly from the property owner under foreclosure notice or from a lender who has taken the property at foreclosure auction. This presentation is intended primarily for statistical purposes and RDC believes that the information presented is useful in this context.
Users are cautioned that RDC makes the “not-for-resale” determination based on simple and seemingly obvious factors. RDC does not contact or poll these purchasers to determine their actual intent and RDC has not determined the actual intent of any given purchaser. Users are further cautioned that non-commercial entities or private persons who have acquired property at foreclosure are less likely to be interested in re-selling the property or to welcome inquiries. Any attempt to contact these parties should be undertaken, if at all, with special discretion and with consideration for their privacy.

Notice to Users
Click the link below for a list of properties that have been transferred by foreclosure deeds and not subsequently re-sold (as RDC determines from its records). Most of these foreclosed properties have been transferred to a financial institution, presumably the lender. Generally lenders who acquire properties at foreclosure wish to “get them off their books” by re-selling them. Therefore, many/most of the newly foreclosed properties on this list are probably available for sale – and therefore may represent investment or personal use opportunities.
RDC periodically edits this list and attempts to identify subsequent sales where the party that acquired the property at foreclosure has sold that same property to a third party. Users may find properties in this list where it is apparent that the property has been sold in this fashion but RDC has not yet matched the foreclosure sale to the subsequent re-sale. When RDC makes this match, the matched sales move into the Re-Sold category below and are no longer displayed in this list.
All contacts with the owners listed in this section should begin with an attempt to determine the current status of the property including whether or not the property is available for sale.
