About The Inventory of Property Transfer (PA-34)

New Hampshire law requires that all real estate buyers file an Inventory of Property Transfer with the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration within 30 days of the sale. These forms include the buyer's signed statement as to the circumstances of the sale, the buyer's opinion about whether the price represented fair market value and other valuable information about the property including the tax map and lot number. All buyers of any property are required to sign the form, certifying under penalties of RSA 74:18 that the information on the form is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and belief. Willful failure to file the PA34 or making false statements is a legal violation.

If you or your customers are making financial decisions based on your opinions about real estate values, you need to know what the buyer(s) represented publicly on this form for any comparable sale you consider using.

These forms are public information and are now available for viewing and printing at any time right here from your browser. Real Data Corp posts copies of the Inventory forms as attachments to the sales records on Teledex. This means that you can find the forms through any of the standard search options on Teledex including seller, buyer or street.

PA-34s are available for about 20% of sales records in the week that a sale is first posted to Teledex (two to three weeks after the sale). This percentage typically rises to 60 - 70% within three months after the sale. Forms usually become available for over 95% of all sales within five months of the sale. Not all the information is available on each form.
