The simplest possible search you could do would be to change just one item in the Required Criteria section. For example, you could select a very small town, then click submit. This would list all the sales for that town within the default date range by location.

For another simple search, you could leave the Required Criteria in their default state and change only the name in the Optional Section. Enter an uncommon last name, click the seller button below then click submit. This would give you a statewide listing of all sales where people with that last name were the seller. The list would include all sales within the default date range and it would be presented to you sorted by location.
