Search for the name of a person or entity

You can find any sale(s) statewide since 1977 to or from any person or entity that has registered sale(s) in any of the ten New Hampshire county Registries of Deeds. Teledex blends all sales since 1977 (over 750,000) into one statewide index. You can find all transactions that have taken place under any name without having any idea where in New Hampshire the properties were located. If course, if you do know the town or county where the sale took place, you can narrow your search to just that town or county.

Here are some examples of questions you can answer easily using name searches

What has this person bought and sold statewide since 1977?
What does this person own now?
I need a list of everyone from whom that person has bought property?
I need a list of everyone to whom that person has sold property?
That person's a savvy investor what are they buying and selling now?
Has that sale been recorded yet?
When did they buy it?
What's the registry book and page reference for that sale
Those people looked at a lot of property, what did they finally buy?
What did they pay for it?
What's the buyer's phone number?
I think that owner lives out-of-state. How can I contact them?
I heard that John down the street sold for $167,000. Did He?

Location

You can find sales by street, location or condo development.

Here are some examples of questions you can answer easily using Location searches

What's sold on that street or in that neighborhood?
What's the sales history of this property?
What's happening to prices in that Condo development?
What are other people paying for property in the same development or neighborhood?

You can find sales within any price range.

Registry Volume and Page

You can find a sale if you know the Volume and Page where the deed was recorded in the county Registry of Deeds.

Property Types

You can find or screen sales by the following Property Types: Mobile Home, Land, Land & Building, Condominium, Easement, Timber Rights, Land & Mobile Home (L/MH), Not available (NA), and Other.

Here are some examples of questions you can answer easily using Property Type searches.

I'm interested in buying a condo in that town. What developments are in my price range?
What's been happening to prices in that condo development over the past 3 years?
I'm interested in sales in Mobile Home parks, what's been sold?
I've got some timber to sell. What's timber going for?
I need to negotiate an easement across my property. Have there been any easement sales in the area?

Deed Types

You can find or screen sales by the following Deed Types: Timeshare, Warranty, Quitclaim, Fiduciary, Tax, Foreclosure, Other and Easement.

Here are some examples of questions you can answer easily using Deed Type searches.

What's been sold at foreclosure in that town?
The bank took that property back at foreclosure. Does the bank still own it? (combine with name search)
What are timeshares selling for in that town.
What did the town sell at the last few tax sales?
