We are now pulling in Real Estate Data from Cabo
As of April 1st (and its not an April Fools joke) we are pulling in real estate data for Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Although technically in Mexico, the local MLS that handles the real estate listings is the Las Crues Association of Realtors.
The Real Estate Market in Cabo San Lucas
Unlike the drought in the Canadian real estate market, the luxury real estate in Mexico is soaring. Although much has been said about the immigrant situation at the Mexico border, the real estate in luxury locations such as Cabo San Lucas, Zacatitos and San Hose Del Cabo is on fire. Many Americans are buying luxury waterfront homes in Cabo and the surrounding areas at record rates. With the new demand for owning real estate in Mexico, we anticipate continued growth. Combined with the local struggling economy, purchasing a vacation property in Cabo can prove to be a great investment in American dollars.
Multiple Investment Properties to Choose From
With such a wide variety of homes to choose from, there is something for everyone within a 100-mile radius. Whether you are looking for a beachfront condo in a party town or a relaxed family style getaway that soaks up the local culture, to 10 bedroom mansions, the real estate options are endless.

Cabo as a Top Resort Destination
Los Cabos has a long history of luxury with a deep culture. For many, their experience in Cabo is their first experience into local Mexican culture and it can be addictive. The luxury hotel market has done extremely well in Cabo San Lucus for decades.
Anthony Ingham, The Luxury Collection was quoted as saying:
“The Luxury Collection’s guests seek destinations with enriching qualities and there is a magnetic attraction to this Baja oasis. As the seventh Luxury Collection hotel in Mexico, Solaz Resort showcases the brand’s commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing its offerings for discerning travelers to the destination.”
High-Level Real Estate Data
We anticipate approximately 45 days of pulling the local real estate data before our custom reports are ready. We will be mixing the local MLS real estate data with some of the local Mexican and American real estate transactions for an all-around look at the real estate statistics for Cabo San Lucas.
